Department of Geography

We are proud to state that the department has been eastablished in the year 1970. The large number of students from the deaprtment are now on different educational, political, social, Industrial and banking posts. Some students like Mr. Yuvraj Mahajan, Principal at Pali college Pali, District-Raigad. Mr. Surwase K.A. Lecturer at mudhoji college phalthan. Add glory to the greatness of the department. Mr. Rakh L.T. lecturer in Jr. wing of Yashwantrao Chavan Mahavidyalaya, Karmala. Mr. Bharati the educational officer class-I, have come from the same deaprtment. Another significant feature of the department is that the desired number to get enrolled in the department is always high and seats are limited. According to the administrative policy, we give admissions to those students who are applying early to follow the principal of "first come first served". The present teaching staff in th department consists of five teachers. Also we offer the subject geography at B.sc. I and B.sc. II from 2016-2017 geography as a science subject, This subject is connected with the stream of Arts, Commerce and Science. The department of geography is well furnished and well set laboratory and cabin are in the department.
